We’re looking to add a detail-oriented, production-minded individual to our team. If you enjoy working with your hands and creating products you can be proud of, we’d love to hear from you. This is an entry-level position—no experience required—with strong potential for rapid growth.

The ideal candidate has a keen attention to detail, high quality standards, and a mindset that embraces constructive feedback and personal growth. You should also be comfortable working in a team-oriented environment.

Heritage Brand is a handbag manufacturer that has been crafting leather goods since 2002. Our products are carried by celebrities like Lainey Wilson and have been featured on hit shows such as Yellowstone, as well as in major publications. We’re a growing company entering exciting new phases, and we’re looking for people who want to grow with us.

We provide in-house training—no prior experience is necessary. You’ll be mentored as you learn, with clear opportunities for advancement as we continue to expand. Join a team that values your potential and is committed to helping you succeed.

Full-time. Mon-Fri 8:00am to 4:30pm
Competitive salary, 401k, health and PTO
Must work out of our Weatherford, TX shop. No remote or distance working.
